Dat bestand moet als administrator gewijzigd worden.
Makkelijkste is Start > notepad intikken > daar met rechtermuis op klikken en kiezen voor run as administrator.
Daarna kun je in notepad het bestand C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts openen, wijzigen en opslaan.
Standaard staan er effectief geen regels in (# zijn commentaar-regels).
